We encourage families and spouses to join our programs together, making it a perfect activity for everyone. Price: $220 per player (all participants register individually and indicate team in registration, if applicable)
Program Timeline:
- The program runs from October to February
Technical Overview and Commitment:
- Matches are 50 minutes; 5v5 plus keepers.
League Participation:
- We are proud members of the Phoenix Football Club (PFC) Recreation League, featuring:
- Approximately 16 games for the season (depending on number of teams).
- All sessions will be within Sherwood Park
- Please note, at this age group, there is no Alberta Soccer Association provincial championship, and scores/standings are kept.
Coaching:
- There are no coaches provided for this program. Each team is responsible to assign a Team Manager for club communication and efficient running of matches.
Registration fees cover:
- Your registration covers team jerseys, field rental, ASA membership, game officials, and insurance.
Schedule and Changes:
- Cancellations may occur due to extreme winter weather or poor road conditions.
- Where possible, we will reschedule, though not guaranteed.
League Viability:
- Should the league not be able to produce 4 full teams for competition, the league will fold. All registered players will be offered a spot in our mixed league, should space be available, or a full refund of fees paid.
