Program/ Development Overview:
This program is designed for any players who want extra practice to enhance their individual possession skills. Small-sided games, along with multiple opportunities for high tempo, repetition without repetition, exercises will be the staple of this program. This program is open to both boys and girls who want to improve their individual possession skills. Mixed boy and girl groupings may occur based on registration. We will strive to create training groups of similar skill levels to provide the appropriate level of competitiveness. Spots are limited.
Program Timeline:
The program duration is 8 weeks:
Starting October 18, ending December 13.
Technical Overview and Commitment:
Training session running 60 minutes once per week
Registration fees cover:
A training top will also be provided as part of the registration fee.
Coaching:
The program will be led by Phoenix FC program directors and contracted technical staff.
Schedule and Changes:
Schedules are subject to change with league updates released one week before startup.
Thunder, lightning, air quality advisories, and heat index may lead to session/game cancellations.
Rescheduling will be attempted where possible.
