POSITION TITLE: Performance + coaches (U12 to U17)
POSITION STATUS: Part-time, Contract (one or possibly two teams)
REPORTS TO and WORKS CLOSELY with: Youth Competitive Program Director

START DATE: October 1, 2024
Phoenix FC believes in and follows a player centered approach, using a game-based curriculum (provided as resource for team-based sessions and implemented at cohort sessions). The Pillars of our coaching are:

This position is responsible for facilitating development of 1-2 of the Youth Competitive (U12-U17) Performance + teams.
The position manages all aspects of the team including its games, training sessions, cohort training sessions & off field activities.
