NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday January 25, 2026 @ 1:00 PM

This is the AGM for the fiscal year ending July 31st, 2025.

The meeting will be held virtually. A Microsoft Teams virtual meeting link will be sent out to members via their registered email address prior to the meeting.

Members will be required to register for the meeting to allow time for voting allocation.
