We are looking for some volunteers to coach in our Sherwood Park Tier 4 (Community) Program. Volunteers don't need a soccer background for the younger age groups (U3-U9), but it is preferred to have some soccer knowledge for U11+. Our program will help support these volunteer coaches, no matter their previous soccer experience.
Volunteers should enjoy working with kids, and helping with early development, both physically and mentally.
Age Group Requirements
• U3-U7 needs a Vulnerable Sector Check and "Respect in Sport"
• U9-U11 needs a Vulnerable Sector Check and "Respect in Sport" plus "Learn to Train", and NCCP Make Ethical Decisions, NCCP Making Headway Module, NCCP Emergency Action Planning, NCCP Rule of Two Module.
